6 Cracker and Chip Substitutions
Crackers and chips are high in carbs and empty calories. They can really increase your calorie intake without filling you up. Instead of eating an entire bag of potato chips or Ritz crackers try out some of these chip and cracker substitutions. I love shopping at Trader Joe’s or the nearest health grocery store for some new chip and cracker substitutions. One of my favorites is the organic dried carrots they are crunchy and perfect for hummus or on top of a salad for some crunch.
You don’t have to buy all of your cracker and chip substitution there are some great recipes that can be super quick and they’ll satisfy you just as much as a bag of lays. You can also make them for large groups and bring them to any holiday party that you have this year.
